Talentnet's client isseeking an experienced R&D Manager to lead noodle product development efforts. This position will be based in Hung Yen with shuttle bus provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute R&D strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Conduct research on noodle formulations, ingredients, and processing techniques to enhance product quality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product launches.
- Oversee the development of prototypes and conduct sensory evaluations to gather consumer feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in noodle production.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and training to production teams regarding new products and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in R&D within the food industry, with a focus on noodles or similar products.
- Strong knowledge of noodle production processes and ingredient functionality.
- Proven track record of successful product development from concept to commercialization.
- Detail oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
