As we are expanding into Vietnam, we are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our fast-growing team as Real Estate Ambassadors. As key members of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell, rent and manage their properties while contributing to the continued success of Druce & Co.
Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met with the highest level of professionalism.
- Actively prospect for new leads and clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Prepare and present property listings, offers, and purchase agreements to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and strategies.
- Attend property viewings, inspections, and appraisals to represent clients interests.
- Negotiate and facilitate successful transactions while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Working days: Monday (9am to 6pm)- Saturday morning (9am to 1pm)
- VND 11,000,000/month+ commission.
Person Specification:
- Bachelor degree holder. Fresh graduates and/or graduates with working experience in the Hospitality industry are welcome.
- Candidates who can start work within short notice will be preferred.
- Able to converse well in English and Korean and with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly motivated with a passion for real estate and a drive to succeed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional conduct.
- Ability to network and develop strong customer relationships.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and articulate
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, technology savvy, proficient in MS Office and social media.
