Your Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant at AWC, youll be the driving force that connects top companies with world-class talent. This dynamic, sales-driven role includes:

Business Development:

• Uncover new business opportunities and cultivate strong client relationships.
• Provide strategic hiring insights that empower our clients.
• Pitch AWCs services and negotiate terms during client meetings.

Talent Search & Placement:

• Dive deep into client needs to source exceptional candidates.
• Conduct interviews and expertly assess candidate fit.
• Manage every step of the interview and offer process.

Client & Candidate Success:

• Deliver a seamless hiring experience through proactive support and aftercare.
• Identify additional business opportunities with existing clients.

Who Were Looking For

• Experience in sales, business development, or recruitment is preferred.
• Fluent professional English (IELTS 6.5+); proficiency in other languages (Chinese, Japanese, etc.) is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A goal-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
