We are in search of dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultants (Mid Level/ Senior/ Team Lead) to join our exceptional team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will hold a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and presenting top-tier candidates to meet our clients staffing needs. Leveraging your expertise in recruitment strategies, industry insights, and outstanding interpersonal skills, you will engage with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements aligned with their specific goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to clients and candidates.
• Promote Elitez Asia Vietnam's Executive Search capabilities.
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews.
• Ensure efficient recruitment processes.
• Offer advice on salary and career progression.
• Review and enhance recruitment policies.
• Actively market Elitez Asia Vietnam's services.
• Gather market information to maximize opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal/External Recruitment (agency experience preferred).
• Business Development experience is advantageous.
• Sales-oriented with a proactive and ambitious mindset.
• Proficiency in English.
