Role Description

Full-time, On-site Recruitment Consultant position in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

To be in charge of 180 recruitment processes in seeking candidates:

  • Search suitable candidates by using internal resources.
  • Maintain strong relationships among candidates, by strategically controlling the action to keep contacting them by utilizing the database system
  • Deeply understand the candidates through interviews. Not only knowing them but understanding them by asking about several aspects of their job and career.
  • Consult and advise the candidate on maximizing the possibility of success in their life by providing the job market tendency and information.
  • Provide the suitable job order info for the candidates, and if you believe it would be a good opportunity for them, motivate and convince the candidate to apply
  • Share the full information of the candidates with the RAs (Recruiting Advisor team) and contribute with them to create opportunities for the candidates so that they get a chance to be interviewed.
  • Support the candidate during the whole recruitment process.
  • Cooperate with RAs so that both the Candidate side and the Client side will be satisfied in the job seeking/recruitment.
  • Not limited to only the above, but also implement any kind of activities to realize the purpose written at the top.
  • Report Line: Vietnamese Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • At least 06 months of experience as an Intern in a Recruiting Agency, Recruitment consultant, or Internal Recruitment staff.
  • Have Experience in searching/ recruiting candidates in manufacturing, engineering, and trading industries.
  • Have Experience in searching Chinese Speaking Candidates or being able to communicate in Mandarin are an advantage.
  • English: Business Level
