A. Job description
Recruiting
- Receive and manage job orders from clients.
- Source and shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Conduct prescreening interviews to assess candidate quality and gather insights on their strengths.
- Arrange interviews and necessary meetings between clients and candidates.
Account Management
- Follow up with candidates and send resumes to clients.
- Track and ensure payment for successful placements.
- Manage and strengthen client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Business Development
- Identify and reach out to potential clients.
- Maintain communication with clients and secure new job orders.
- Share job orders with the team.
- Introduce and explain the companys services to clients.
Operations and Training Support
- Oversee daily team operations.
- Support training and skill development for team members.
- Monitor team performance and implement improvements.
B. Requirements
- Graduated from College or University Degree.
- From 01 YOE in Consultant position, prefer candidates in HR services, Saas, and Education.
- Good at English skills
- Passionate and enthusiastic about recruitment sales
- High level of commitment; Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Strong problem-solving abilities; Self-motivated and proactive
- Team player with a positive attitude
