The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients needs by matching clients with open the company's recruiting needs. In order to do so the candidate has to be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become and effective talent partner.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and expand the placed contractor/staff pool; human resources management responsibilities for contractors;
2. Conduct first-level candidate search and selection activities to execute job orders. Activities include job and organization analysis, database search, media, social networking site coverage, phone/face-to-face interview, proposal write-up, offer closing, etc.
3. Strike a good balance between service quality and profitability;
4. Fully utilize various recruitment systems in compliance with workflow and quality standards.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree/Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, Human Resources or related disciplines;
2. At least 2 years working experience, preferably in IT recruitment, headhunting, sales, application development or technical support roles;
3. Good knowledge and experience in using some of the contemporary social media e.g. Linkedin, WhatsApp, Facebook, WeChat, etc.
4. A brilliant communicator with excellent, professional negotiation, counselling and selling competencies;
5. Adaptive to the change of client needs and procedures, conform to the highest level of service quality;
6. Able to quickly capture and apply the ICT hot skills and market trends on proactive and ongoing basis.

3. Working hours: Monday Friday: Morning 8:30 12:00; Afternoon 13:00 17:30.
