Who We Are Looking For

  • Min 1+ years of experience working in recruitment or headhunting.
  • Intermediate English communication (Proficiency in other languages: Chinese, Japanese,... is a big plus)
  • Passion in connecting right talents to the right environment to grow
  • Strong communication skills and confidence, which makes you comfortable to communicate with high-level candidates
  • Character: Growth mindset, willing to learn, result-oriented and resilient
  • Team player with a focus on delivering results

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage with clients to comprehend their talent requirements, with a primary emphasis on serving clients in Manufacturing/Logistics/Real Estate,... industry.
  • Source potential candidates and help build our talent community.
  • Connect with candidates, understand about their competency, career goals and connect them with clients.
  • Manage full-cycle hiring processes from interviewing to offer stage,...
  • Track data to improve the recruitment process
  • Mentor/Train new knowledge and experience for new-comers, intern and other team members (for Senior level)
