Job Description

Our team are expanding and we are seeking a motivated Trainee/ Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team!

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for client and candidate management, playing a vital part in our recruitment process. Your main tasks will include building and maintaining client relationships, as well as identifying suitable candidates for various job positions. Strong communication skills, organization, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with rewarding careers are essential.

Client Management:

  • Looking for recruitment needs via cold calling.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and organizational cultures.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to provide recruitment solutions to clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality recruitment services to clients.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the industry trends and market conditions.

Candidate Management:

  • Identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen candidate resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Build a strong network of candidates and maintain regular communication to understand their career aspirations.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including skills evaluations and reference checks.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews and feedback sessions.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset and a strong desire to achieve targets.
