Adilstone Group Vietnam is currently looking for a full time Recruitment Intern. The intern will get the opportunity to get a head start in the recruitment industry and get hands-on experience with both sourcing and business development. They will get to work with expat supervisors and colleagues in an international environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Familiarize with the services provided by Adilstone Group
- Participate actively in parts of the recruitment cycle sourcing and business development research
- Develop clear understanding of client's needs by studying Job Description and qualifying questions with supervisor
- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team to identify potential candidates and facilitate initial outreach when needed
- Identify potential customers through research and potentially networking
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fresh graduates or final year students
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic and adaptable to changes
- Ability to think on the spot
- Willingness to learn
- Meticulous and good at coordination and multitasking
- No prior experience is required (interns will be guided and trained)
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Internship allowance: Up to 3 million VND / month
- Internship period: 3 months (with a chance to convert to permanent)
- Working hours: 9am 5pm, from Monday to Friday in office
