Role Description
- Business Development via cold calling, networking session.
- Perform recruitment functions such as sourcing suitable candidates, matching candidate to various jobs, conducting interview with candidates.
- Provide professional consultant on employment market and practices to both clients and job-seekers.
- Provide excellent services and follow-up regularly with clients and candidates.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Good English skills: Writing & Speaking.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
