Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for the company. Analyze staffing needs and develop appropriate recruitment plans.
  • Draft and post job information on suitable channels.
  • Screen candidate resumes, organize, and conduct interviews.
  • Announce job openings, receive, evaluate, screen, and compile candidate profiles before organizing interviews.
  • Conduct interviews and compile interview results.
  • Update and manage the candidate database.
  • Coordinate with other departments to understand recruitment needs. Provide regular reports on recruitment status and effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from college or university with a major in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in recruiting on LinkedIn, hunting, and recruiting foreign candidates.
  • Ability to work independently under high pressure, meticulous, and good at overseeing work. Good assessment and decision-making skills, effective communication skills.
  • Dynamic, agile, and creative in work.
  • Can work under high-pressure
