KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for the company. Analyze staffing needs and develop appropriate recruitment plans.
- Draft and post job information on suitable channels.
- Screen candidate resumes, organize, and conduct interviews.
- Announce job openings, receive, evaluate, screen, and compile candidate profiles before organizing interviews.
- Conduct interviews and compile interview results.
- Update and manage the candidate database.
- Coordinate with other departments to understand recruitment needs. Provide regular reports on recruitment status and effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from college or university with a major in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Preference for candidates with experience in recruiting on LinkedIn, hunting, and recruiting foreign candidates.
- Ability to work independently under high pressure, meticulous, and good at overseeing work. Good assessment and decision-making skills, effective communication skills.
- Dynamic, agile, and creative in work.
