The Role
Job Summary
- Develop and implement recruitment plans based on the company's development needs, and complete recruitment tasks
- Fully understand the characteristics of each recruitment channel, fully leverage channel advantages, and improve recruitment efficiency.
- Assist in analyzing and adjusting talent profiles, drawing and updating talent maps.
- Summarize the problems in recruitment work, propose optimization and improvement plans, and complete recruitment data analysis.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree or above, priority is given to human resource management major.
- Proficient in English, Chinese is preferred to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, with priority given to those with retail enterprise store recruitment experience.
- Outgoing personality, good communication skills, stress resistance, and learning ability.
- Strong goal awareness, able to arrange work hours reasonably, and responsible for recruitment results.
- Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and positive attitude.
