Job Description
- Manage Information Security, addressing security threats, incidents, and remediation
- Partner with Legal to ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations
- Monitor and enforce compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., PCI, Data Privacy)
- Develop and maintain an organization-wide information management framework for governance.
- Lead security awareness and training programs for all employees
- Oversee daily security tasks, including vendor assessments, policy implementation, and program communications.
- Support security needs across business units and collaborate with ISO members regionally
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Security, or related field, with 5-10 years in security governance, risk, and compliance.
- Strong English communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication at all organizational levels.
- Expertise in risk assessment, compliance, and security frameworks (ISO27001 preferred).
- Experience creating and implementing security policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with cyber risk analysis and certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM) advantageous.
- Business Process Analysis skills and discretion in handling confidential information
- Proactive, hands-on, and committed with a curious, learning mindset.
