Our first partnership is with the University of Notre Dame Australia OIEG's global network of over 250 recruitment and conversion specialists in 50+ locations globally will support the recruitment of international students to the University's campuses in Perth and Sydney.
OIEG offers a range of educational services directly and in partnership with universities these solutions include embedded pathways, student recruitment, English language testing and online delivery.

Job purpose
This Regional Manager position will focus on the recruitment of students into the various programs and partners offered by Oxford International Education Group (OIEG) for Australia, with the key priority of the role focused on achieving New Student Enrolment (NSE) and Net Fee Income (NFI) targets for Australia, from Vietnam.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Recruit to agreed targets, suitably qualified international students to study OIEG Australia programmes and those of our Australian partners from Vietnam.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of international marketing and recruitment plans for priority markets in support of OIEG student recruitment objectives.
- Undertake recruitment visits to priority markets and to provide reports and market intelligence on these activities.
- Manage relationships with colleagues within Oxford International in order to maximize student recruitment.
- Counsel students and give recommendations on programmes in the context of the admissions criteria agreed with the appropriate academic staff, with regard to their admission to our programmes.
- Develop a good knowledge of the portfolio of programmes offered by OIEG and its partners in Australia and of the entry requirements for these courses in priority markets.
- Disseminate market intelligence and information on potential business opportunities and report these to the Associate Director, and work with colleagues to progress these opportunities.
- Maintain good relations with target external organisations including agents, schools, colleges, and universities.
- Participate in key projects such as developing promotional material and webpages; implementing internal and external communication strategies; and streamlining OIEG's enquiry and admissions processes for target market students.
- Conduct appropriate market research, with reference to the strategic development of OIEG's portfolio of academic programmes or competitor activity.
- Ensure adherence at all times to Australian regulations relating to the recruitment of international students including ESOS and National Code - and provide regular training on same to the wider team and recruitment agents.

Statutory Requirements
- Eligibility to live, work and travel freely in Vietnam
- Undergo an Enhanced DBS disclosure check or overseas equivalent.
- Understand and ensure compliance (self and others including agent network) with Australian regulations relating to the recruitment of international students - including ESOS and National Code
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese (spoken and written)
- Certified training in sale and/or marketing programmes
- Degree in a business or marketing-related subject
Knowledge and Experience
- Significant experience in educational sales in order to hit the ground running and have an immediate impact
- Excellent understanding of sales and marketing processes in the international education sector
- Excellent knowledge of the region and its market trends
- Excellent knowledge of the international HE market, specifically Australia
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products associated with international HE
- Experience of producing sales reports
- Good knowledge of Oxford International's portfolio of products and partners
