Our client is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts in the SEA electronics manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the SEA market.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key electronics manufacturing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Proven experience in sales management within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal); and good Chinese communication skill
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
