Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

Experience :

5+ yrsof total work experience

2 years of sales experience in the air compressor industry.

Language Skills:

Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English or Chinese.

Market Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the Vietnam market and local business practices.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Develop and maintain a Vietnam-centric distribution network to meet annual sales goals.

Market Development Planning:

Create and execute annual market development plans aligned with the company's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and strategic objectives.

Distributor Liaison:

Manage relationships with distributors by negotiating cooperation contracts, setting sales targets, conducting business reviews, and ensuring timely collection of receivables.

Support and Training:

Provide training, technical support, and after-sales service to distributors, coordinating internal resources to address their needs promptly.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

Monitor local market trends and competition, gathering and analyzing data to offer strategic sales and marketing insights, including recommendations for new product development.

Exhibition Participation:

Represent the company at key industry exhibitions in Vietnam and nearby regions, supporting event preparation and execution.

Administrative Tasks:

Prepare business reports, conduct customer receptions, and handle other assigned tasks as needed.

Skills:

Excellent communication and market exploration skills.

Positive work attitude and strong teamwork spirit.

Must-Have- Skills

Sales Experience, Air Compressor Domain, Vietnamese Speaking, Chinese/English Speaking, Sales Campaign, CRM Tools, Market Intelligence

Academic

College diploma or higher, preferably in Mechanics or a related field.
