Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maintaining market position. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic

  • Creating a Roadmap to continue positioning Septodont as a Partner of Choice.
  • Building relationships with local government authorities, Dental Colleges and KOLs
  • Identifying the Right partner i.e. Distribution for Septodont. to continue to serve the market with the right solution.
  • Continue to get support from KOLs along with Global & Regional stakeholders.

Functional & Operational

  • Responsible for the successful implementation of strategies to plan, deliver, and achieve annual budget Revenue and gross profits.
  • To plan & maintain costs within budget parameters.
  • Understanding Market dynamics and pulse to meet the end consumer requirement.
  • Collaborating with Distributors & Regional Sales Leaders to conduct trade shows, CDE programs, and workshops.
  • Building Distributor Sales team capability on Product & Selling skills.
  • Using Digital Platforms to increase market reach.
  • Work with Corporate Regulatory Affairs for product registration.
  • To be the Legal Representative and manage Ho Chi Minh City Representative Office.

Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate or Graduate in Business administration
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 8 yrs of Sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Exposure to Vietnam's Dental Industry will be preferred.
  • Understanding the Vietnam regulations on Drugs & Medicines will be preferred.
