Regional Sales Manager (South)

• Collaborate with NSM (National Sales Manager) to develop business strategies and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's objectives.
• Develop the brand through the key objectives set by the marketing department.
• Establish the brand in stores and enhance customer loyalty through promotional programs for customers.
• Build a competitive advantage in the market by creating specific plans for distributor development and sales roadmap.
• Recruit employees suitable for the job, meeting current targets and future plans.
• Train, guide, and lead the sales team in various regions to achieve high effectiveness.
• Play a key role in developing management functions, steering, improving working methods, and enhancing customer service and care.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Prefer candidates with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position at FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) companies.
• Decision-making skills.
• Training and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
