A. PURPOSE OF POSITION
- Planning and implementing trade marketing plan to support sales activities.
- Increase sales volume, increase points of distribution product through trade marketing execution.
B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1/ Functional duties:
- Develop and build Regional Trade Marketing plans in conjunction with Regionals Sales and Regional Core Team.
- Manage trade tools and provide support to sale team to ensure sustainable volume growth objectives.
- Manage the PG Forces including recruiting, on-boarding, training, performance review.
- Plan and manage company market assets such as coolers or draught machines.
- Deploy, track, and manage the trade programs cascading from Head Quarters.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in promotional events.
- Ensure excellent execution of the trade programs.
- Manage the relationship with Key Accounts to improve sale out performance.
- Manage trade marketing budgets to deliver commercial results.
2/ Others
- Conduct projects or tasks as and when assigned by Sale Head or Trade Head.
C. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree preferably in Marketing or related field.
- 2+ years industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years (trade) marketing, brand activation.
- Fluent in both English & Vietnamese (both oral and written).
- Comfort in engaging with consumers, retailers and wholesalers.
- Strong execution skill.
- Effective communication, administration and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment, and have leadership and planning skills.
- Ability to report key metrics and sales data.
- Demonstrates a hands-on attitude and an attention to detail.
- Works with a strong sense of urgency.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
