REMOTE JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounting books, prepare weekly, monthly, yearly financial statements
• Process and manage AR, AP, credit card transactions on a daily basis
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
• Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, intercompany accounts, and balance sheets
• Prepare monthly sales tax calculations.
• Assist in the management of budgets, comparing actual performance to budgeted figures and providing explanations for variances
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives

Qualifications / Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in business professional English
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with Acumatica, Gusto, Ramp, Sequoia, and Ottimate (PlateIQ) is highly preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
