The Role

Understand business requirements and translate them into the data structure and user stories

Document Analysis by means of ER models and flow diagrams

Implement data structure into Zoho CRM standard and custom modules with the proper links

Implement user stories using custom functions, workflows, blueprints, and the rest of Zoho CRM dynamic facilities

Managing external interactions, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to set up custom messages for marketing

Mobile and desktop applications generation with Zoho Creator, dynamic behavior, A/B testing

System Test specifications

Automated testing of Zoho applications and interfaces

Reports, charts, and analytics dashboards generation

Expectations for this position

Have a stable internet connection

Desired Skills and Experience

Required

• Experience in application development with and for Zoho tools: CRM, Creator, Flow, Desk, Analytics
• Proven experience with using Deluge to create custom functions
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL and writing SQL queries
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to identify errors, abnormal behavior, function tracking, logs
• Ability to analyze data, identify issues (e.g. gaps, inconsistencies), and troubleshoot
• Have a truly agile mindset, capable and willing to take on tasks outside of her/his core competencies to help the team
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Desirable

• Implementations of 3rd party integrations with Zoho: telephony, email, WhatsApp, SMS etc.
• Experience in internal integrations, Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator
• Experience with working in an agile environment (i.e. scrums, jira)
• Experience in customer support
