1. JOB SUMMARY
- Develop the customer network in the assigned area.
- Achieve the sales targets
- Region in charge: South
- Product range in charge: Craft Beer, Gin, Vodka, Soju, Rum, Coffee, Saké
2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Develop Lecomte Asia groups products:
· Propose the plans, implement and supervise the monthly and quarterly sales activities
· Propose the sales forecast for Lecomte Asias products
· Propose the plans, implement and supervise the On-trade promotion
· Present the sales reports and evaluation of the monthly, quarterly and annual growth
· Propose the development plans to the Sales Director
2. Account management:
· Work with Lecomte Asia in negotiating and developing master contracts with key accounts
· Keep searching and expanding key accounts network in the region
3. Manage and collect the receivables.
· Implement and supervise the timely collection of the receivables in cooperation with accounting
· Propose the solutions for overdue debts
4. Maintain and attend to the existing customers while developing the potential ones.
· Plan and implement the visits to the customers sites
· Handle and respond to the customers inquiries
· Organize and implement the development and maintenance of the close bonds with the customers
5. Manage the customer profiles.
· Update the customers information
· Categorize the customers
· Archive the data (sales, business contracts )
6. Work with other departments to handle and satisfy the customers demands.
· Co-ordinate with other departments to supply the products in timely manner
7. Implement and develop the cost-saving initiatives.
· Establish and implement the initiatives to improve the work process to enhance the efficiency of the job.
· Supervise the use of the companys asset in the most cost-saving manner.
3. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
· At least 05 years of experience
· Experience in wine, beer, beverage or FMCG
