Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations with responsibilities involving sales, service, staff management and customer handling
- Review, revise and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet the changing needs of restaurant operations
- Ensure restaurant meets monthly sales targets, goals and objectives
- Conduct on-the-job training to motivate and build team membersâ skills
- Ensure staff understand and adhere strictly to all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines set by the Company
- Perform regular inventory checks
- Manage staffâ onboarding, performance, conflict and/or discipline matters
- Plan and update staff roster timely
- Other ad-hoc operational duties as and when assigned
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Diploma in Restaurant Operations or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of working experience in similar capacity.

- Must be able to work on weekends, public holidays and shifts.
- Native Vietnamese with an excellent command of English
- A good problem solver
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), POS System and reservation platforms
