Position Overview:
The Restaurant Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service, profitability, and an excellent guest experience. This role involves managing staff, maintaining operational standards, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Control inventory, ordering, and reduce waste.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Assist in budget creation, monitor financial performance, and manage costs.
- Implement marketing initiatives and monitor industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, inventory management and understand P&L report
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience with restaurant management software.
