As Retail Brand Manager, you must exemplify our company values and take all necessary steps to ensure the overall success of assigned brands boutiques in Vietnam, as well as meeting your financial and service targets.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports (sales, traffic, inventory and other reports) and analyze performance of each brand's boutique

Manage international shipments and payments for assigned brands

Work closely with marketing and CRM to prepare marketing and promo activities for each season of assigned brands

Ensure that assigned brands boutique members are aware and comply with Company's policies and procedures

Visit assigned brands boutiques on a regular basic

Supervise retail customer service: shipments, orders, internal stock transfers and etc

Analyze boutiques stock levels, sales and discuss ways to improve turnover in each boutique with Retail Manager. Organize stock transfers between boutiques when necessary

Knowledge & Qualification
