Job Description
- Design and implement comprehensive strategies for retail business to expand the client's market presence, emphasizing omni-channel retailing to ensure a cohesive consumer experience across all platforms.
- Oversee the financial performance by managing the full P&L for retail operations, aligning with broader business objectives focused on sales, margins, and profitability.
- Spearhead the implementation of brand and sales initiatives across retail channels to promote key messages and optimize the omni-channel marketplace strategy.
- Maintain a collaborative approach, ensuring consistent communication across all organizational levels to align internal priorities and optimize resource allocation.
- Direct and enhance channel store operations to align with market and global standards for operational excellence.
- Develop and execute in-store programs based on industry best practices to boost operational efficiency and enhance brand integrity.
- Drive market strategy for retail expansion, collaborating closely with the retail Hub team on investment decisions and ensuring seamless integration across channels.
- Ensure full compliance with internal audit standards and adherence to established procedures and guidelines.
- Act as a leading advocate for the client's service model and methodology, fostering a culture of engagement and inspiration within the team.
- Foster a high-performance culture by establishing clear performance expectations, providing timely feedback, and holding team leaders accountable.
- Support staff development through global tools focused on performance management, coaching, and career planning.

- Demonstrated strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities, address complex challenges, and develop impactful solutions.
- Proven experience in creating and executing successful financial and business plans to meet sales, service, and profitability targets in large retail organizations.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a track record of fostering the growth and development of managers and employees.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of achieving results in a fast-paced, competitive, and multitasking environment.
- Deep expertise in merchandising and store operations, with preferred industry knowledge in footwear and apparel.
- Proficient in conducting and analyzing research related to consumers, industries, markets, customers, and competitors.
- Strong organizational , problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experienced in setting a shared vision and direction, and generating excitement and engagement among a broad range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong teams, as evidenced by high employee retention and engagement rates.
- At least 10 years of retail and franchisee relationship system (FRS) management experience, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
- A minimum of 10 years managing and leading teams.
- At least 7 years of experience in leading, managing, and developing multi-store, multi-channel retail teams.
