*** SCOPE OF WORK
As Retail Executive, you must exemplify our company values and take all necessary steps to ensure the overall success of assigned brands boutiques in Vietnam, as well as meet your financial and service targets. You will work in collaboration with the Retail, Marketing and other related departments. You will report directly to Retail Director/ Group Retail Brand Manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports (sales, traffic, inventory and other reports) and analyze the performance of each brand's boutique.
- Organize and supervise VM planning.
- Organize the brand's training schedule and supervise the test of each season.
- Manage international shipments and payments for assigned brands.
- Work closely with marketing and CRM to prepare marketing and promo activities for each season of assigned brands.
- Suggest periodic promotions (special discounts or offers, corporate or VIP events) to increase clients acquisitions, visits and sales in assigned brands boutiques.
- Implement and organize annual performance reviews: prepare data, assist Retail Manager in setting up specific objectives for improvement.
- Ensure that assigned brands boutique members are aware and comply with Company's policies and procedures.
- Visit assigned brands boutiques regularly.
- Participate actively in preparing seasonal orders for assigned brands boutiques.
- Supervise retail customer service: shipments, orders, internal stock transfers, etc.
- Analyze boutiques stock levels, sales and discuss ways to improve turnover in each boutique with Retail Manager. Organize stock transfers between boutiques when necessary.
- Supervise proper recording of sales in all the boutiques.
- Supervise clients information acquisition and database updates.
- Identify and suggest ways to improve service practices and procedures.
- Ensure promotions are accurate and in line with the company's standards.
- Build an incentive program to motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints, issues and questions.
- Carry on other assigned tasks.
*** REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the retail environment and experience in new store openings and luxury brands
- An understanding of the value of brands and the ability to communicate brand values
- Excellence Word, excel, ppt... skills
- Excellent prioritization skills and ability to coordinate a variety of work activities
- Good budgeting skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
