Job Description
- Utilising the global strategy and thorough performance analysis, alongside a review of capabilities and market context, assists the Country Manager in defining the network performance strategy.
- Ensures the execution of the network strategy across all store channels and drives performance, profitability, growth, and optimisation of the specialist network and market strategies.
- Coaches staffs in defining, implementing, and monitoring Commercial Action Plans and Strategic Plans, and collaborates with the Country Manager to establish boutique KPIs with regular monitoring.
- Provides timely and accurate sales reports, meets performance metrics specific to the specialist channel (sell-out, market share, sell-in vs. budget commitment), and anticipates and addresses legal issues with legal team's assistance, including distribution contracts, anti-trust law compliance, and grey market control.
- Strives for operational excellence, proactively working with staffs to enhance their professionalism according to their unique opportunities and constraints, and ensures the effective implementation and use of all policies, procedures, compliance, guidelines, and tools.
- Oversees planning, staff allocation, participates in the hiring process, and supports the store in achieving optimal staffing levels for each boutique. Identifies and implements suitable incentives based on specific market and boutique needs, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Manages the procurement, implementation, and proper usage.
- Receives, verifies, and prepares information related to high-ticket items and incentives for payroll purposes. Consolidates retail business information, including sales forecasts, budget control, and expenses, and oversees tourist guide commissions.
- Coordinates with the Country Manager on other projects.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years in luxury commercial or retail sectors.
- Extensive experience in multicultural environments with diverse management stakeholders.
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and proficiency in reporting tools.
- Strategic leadership, strong communication skills, client orientation, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- Analytic skills with a strong aptitude for working with data and databases.
