Role Description

As the Sales Manager at Ha Linh Thu, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with our VVIP customers, overseeing shop assistant staff, and driving sales growth through strategic initiatives. With a focus on personalized service and customer retention, you will develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for reaching out to B2B clients, and fostering partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with VVIP customers, providing personalized service and support to meet their needs and preferences.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty, including loyalty programs, and VIP events.
• Manage shop assistant staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
• Reach out to B2B clients, including boutiques, retailers, and corporate partners, to explore collaboration opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing terms with B2B clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.

Qualifications

• Retail Sales and B2B Sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with VIP customers and B2B clients.
• Experience in retail or fashion industry
• Experience in export
• Fluency in English
