Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Specialist at SWISSTEC Sourcing Vietnam Ltd located in Bnh Dng. The Retail Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to retail sales, product knowledge, customer satisfaction, communication, and customer service. They will ensure excellent customer experiences and contribute to the overall success of the retail operation.

Qualifications

• Retail Sales, Product Knowledge, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
