Responsibilities
- Analyzes historical data and market trends to forecast property occupancy and revenue.
- Develops and implements revenue management strategies to maximize property revenue.
- Sets and manages room rates and pricing strategies for different guest segments and distribution channels.
- Controls property inventory to ensure optimal allocation of rooms.
- Generates reports and presentations to track revenue performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborates with other departments to achieve overall revenue goals
- Managing and supervising the work of the hotel reservation team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Minimum 2 years in the hospitality industry, preferably in the Reservations Dept. or Sales Department
- Literacy in software applications, preferably in travel and hospitality operating software
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through
- Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
