Role Description

Memo Agility is looking for a full-time RPA Engineer to work with cross-functional teams in identifying automation opportunities and streamlining business processes. This hybrid role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with some flexibility for remote work. The responsibilities include

• Investigating, analyzing, and developing automation based on client requirements,
• Designing automation processes,
• Scripting and coding,
• Reviewing code & design,
• Configuring new automation,
• Documenting automation procedures,

And driving continuous improvement in the quality of our delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Kofax etc.
• Experience in designing and developing RPA solutions using workflow automation technologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as .Net, Java, or Python.
• Understanding of business processes and ability to analyze and optimize workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Relevant RPA certifications would be a significant advantage.
