GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:
The ROC Program Coordinator's role is to support the Program Manager. This position participates in every program step, including proposal preparation, implementation, planning, case management, and reporting to management. The Coordinator is required to have effective communication with local governments, partners, doctors, and hospitals. Good English is mandatory. In addition, they will also be involved in any fundraising activity/event related to both programs with any role assigned by the supervisor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Support the ROC Manager on proposals research/budget/implementation planning to ask for yearly grants from donors.
- Propose and execute activities for designated donors to meet their CSR goals as staff activities besides clinic; ceremony
- Assist in liaising with ROC's stakeholders, including local authorities, hospital partners, and suppliers to plan and implement outreach clinics.
- Send and receive the letter to the hospital and local authorities in the province to request and confirm the date for the outreach.
- Coordinate with the ROC Manager pre and post-logistic procedure:
-Support and update the ROC Manager on bi-annual and annual reports to donors/PACCOM/HUFO and provinces.
-Follow up the ROC's CHDs waiting list with HBVN's support.
- Support to the Manager of ROC in office management.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager of ROC.
