Responsibilities:
· Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks.
· Communicate with internal teams to get information and ensure smooth coordination.
· Schedule and coordinate sales meetings. Prepare meeting agendas and write meeting minutes.
· Verifying orders, including customers personal information and payment details.
· Draft as well as manage documents related to business activities such as quotations, contracts, work orders, timesheet, invoice, acceptance certificates, liquidation agreement, etc.
· Contact customers to verify or obtain missing information.
· Create, maintain and update sales and customer records.
· Other tasks from the department heads request.
Requirements:
· Bachelors degree in business or a related field
· 3-6 months of experience in sale admin position
· Fluent in English written and verbal
· Good skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
· Organized, detailed, honest, cooperative and hard-working
