Role Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Sales B2B Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth in the B2B sector. As a Sales B2B Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our cutting-edge software products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients, establish contact, and build strong business relationships.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, handling contract negotiations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a B2B sales role.
- Graduation in a technical field, such as Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Full-time availability from Monday to Friday.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
