Benefit:
_Commission: 0.5%-1% of total payment received from customers and to be paid once a year with KPI achieved.
_Entitled to transport, mobile and entertainment allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
_Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets in supermarkets (e.g., Co.opmart, VinMart) and convenience stores (e.g., Circle K, Family Mart).
_Identify opportunities for market share growth and product distribution.
2. Key Account Management:
_Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners.
_Negotiate contracts, secure shelf space, and drive promotional activities.
3. Team Leadership:
_Lead and manage the sales team to ensure target achievement.
_Provide training, support, and performance evaluations.
4. Business Development:
_Identify new sales opportunities and expand product presence in retail channels. _Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Sales Operations & Reporting:
_Ensuring smooth logistics: the process of storing goods and moving them from distribution partner to customers.
_Oversee inventory management, sales forecasting, and order fulfillment.
_Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management. include merchandizing support to retailers, stock checks etc.
6. Customer Engagement:
_Ensure excellent customer service and coordinate in-store promotions with marketing teams.
7. Budget Management:
_Manage the sales budget and ensure profitability through cost-effective strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business.
5+years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in FMCG industry
English skills Fluency in English 4 skills
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
