Job overview and responsibility

Our company is a trading firm headquartered in Hong Kong, catering to a diverse international clientele. We specialize in distributing products through various distribution channels. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Admin Leader to join our team in Vietnam and help us maintain and expand our market presence.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Care (70%)

- Collaborate with the HR team in Hong Kong to communicate effectively with the Vietnam team, ensuring exceptional customer care across the country.

- Act as a representative of the leadership team to meet with existing customers, understand their needs, and relay this information to the team to enhance service quality.

- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and feedback to improve customer satisfaction.

- Work closely with a team of 5-6 members to ensure high-quality customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Sales (30%)

- Search for new customers and business opportunities, although the primary focus will be on maintaining relationships with existing clients.

- Support distributors by developing sales strategies and organizing activities/programs to boost sales performance.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Required skills and experiences

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales team management, preferably with experience in product sales.

- Proficiency in English and Chinese (the company is based in China and serves a multinational customer base).

- Strong understanding of the market with a certain level of marketing knowledge.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Flexibility to be a local or foreign candidate residing in Vietnam or willing to relocate.

Preferred skills and experiences

- Preference for candidates with market sales experience over supply chain management experience.

- Experience in big corporations is strongly preferred
