Working Location: 17th Floor, Sonatus Building, 15 Le Thanh Ton Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working Time: 8.30 - 17.30 (Mondays - Fridays)
Trainee Duration: 6 months (4 months: On the job Training - 2 months: Trial Work - Official Position)
Responsibilities
In charge of Purchase order, Contract & Payment, including:
1. PURCHASE ORDER (PO):
- Receive PO, follow up delivery & payment process for customer
- Collect data to prepare daily/monthly sales & stock report
- Work closely with Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
2. CONTRACT & PAYMENT MANAGEMENT
- Support to make sales & follow up sales contracts and submit E-Contract on system
- Make & follow up promotions payment process to ensure complete on time
- Collect account receivable on time and coordinate with related team to resolve issue discount invoices to customers (customer service support)
All of the other related tasks assigned by Line Manager
Qualifications
1. Education background:
- Bachelor's Degree in Ecommerce/ Business Administration/ or related majors
2. Working experience:
- No experience or under 1 year experience as related role
3. Skills:
- Proficiency in English and/or Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel)
- Strong data analyst, Critical Thinking & Detail Oriented
- Strong communication & Relationship Management skills
4. Others:
- Willing to learn & willing to do.
- Ability to Work Under High Pressure.
