Job overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team in Germany and ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer support, order processing, and sales statistics creation in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Manage customer inquiries related to offers and order processing.
- Prepare current pricing and maintain accurate product listings, including creating new listings and providing detailed article master data to customers, including product specifications (article passports).
- Review complaints and shortfalls related to debits and create credit notes if needed.
Sales Analysis:
- Generate sales-specific statistics and develop product ranges tailored to specific associations.
- Collaborate closely with Key Account Management (KAM), Area Development Management (ADM), Trade Marketing, and other departments to align strategies and processes.
SAP Monitoring and Processing:
- Regularly monitor SAP transactions to ensure delivery capability for listed articles.
- Handle backorder processing and communicate with stake holders including Key Account Manager to resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field of study preferred.
- Very good command of English.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), knowledge of ERP-System SAP would be an advantage
- Proven 1-3 years of experience in sales administration or customer support.
