Panasonic Sales Vietnam is hiring a Sales Analyst working in HCM as below:
Responsibilities
- Manage and update the PG/ Sales Rep data, using data analyst tools to extract data from data sources
- Analyze weekly and monthly business results and publish actions, insights and watchouts to Manager
- Review our monthly performance of PG/ Sales Rep with other team members and Manager
- Working with other team members to stay on top of data management processes/systems
- Working with Sales/ Marketing/ other departments to improve display/ sell-out at the shopfront
- Using data analysis and statistical tools to analyze data and forecast trends with actionable business insights
- Responsible for the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure optimal conversion of the data to action plans
- Collect, summarize, and report all activities information of Field force team
- Other jobs assigned by the Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales planning, strategy, or business analytics
- Good analytical thinking skills
- High attention to detail
- Having a strategical and logical approach to problem-solving
- Written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team
- Good research skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Proficiency in: Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Power BI
