We are looking for Sales Assistant who will strengthen our team and help us to achieve our ambitious growth plans in Vietnam Office with following SoW and Requirements:
1. Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the AEC software market. Analyze and report findings to the sales team to inform strategies and decision-making processes.
- CRM Data Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases with accuracy. Ensure all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback are recorded and accessible to streamline the sales process and enhance customer engagement.
- Sales Process Support: Assist in preparing and managing sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and quotations. Ensure all documents are accurate, professional, and delivered in a timely manner to facilitate the sales process.
- Sales Enablement Material Management: Develop and manage sales enablement materials, including PowerPoint presentations and marketing collateral. Ensure materials are up-to-date, compelling, and aligned with our brand identity to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Communicating with Customers and Sales Partners: Serve as a point of contact for customer and sales partner inquiries. Provide timely and accurate information to build and maintain strong relationships, and support the sales team in managing these relationships.
- Marketing Material Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and update marketing materials that support the sales process. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all materials.
- Event and Presentation Support: Assist in organizing and preparing for sales events, webinars, and presentations. Coordinate logistics, prepare materials, and support the sales team to ensure successful execution.
2. Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in Vietnamese and English.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Experience in market research and data analysis.
- Knowledge of the AEC industry and software solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Educational background in business, marketing, or a related field.
