Job Description

I/ Job Purposes

  • Strive to maintain good relationships with existing customers, and buyers and explore new business opportunities.
  • Build Value Added to the Company's brands and images to Customers
  • Manage team members to achieve the company targets
  • Manage Sales team members to achieve the company targets.

II/ Job Description

  • In charge of expanding and developing business for the areas and verticals/ Customers assigned.
  • In charge of accounts management. Coordinate with internal companies and Global teams to take good care of the accounts and optimize the business opportunities with them.
  • Keep close relationships and ensure the best services to customers to maintain and strengthen the customer base.
  • Understand and actively take part in the execution of the company's strategies.
  • Coordinate with team members and related departments to solve issues/problems concerning customers if any.
  • Update and manage costing/quotation on the SAP system. Ensure overall profitability of his/her scope of business as well as the company's.
  • Take part in the development of new products to meet market demands if any.
  • Coordinate with QC, Production, and Design team for new products/project development if any.
  • Conduct the training for team members if any.
  • Responsible for managing sales activities and performance of a team assigned.
  • Handle sales reports and follow other jobs assigned by Sales Manager/BM.

II/ Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, University degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of Sales Leadership in the garment packaging industry (Care labels, Packaging...)
  • IT knowledge: MS Office, SAP, ERP, Salesforce, Databases...
  • Leadership skills.
  • Smart working, outgoing, Sales passion, and Drive
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good communication in Korean, English, and presentation skills.
