II/ Job Description
In charge of expanding and developing business for the areas and verticals/ Customers assigned.
In charge of accounts management. Coordinate with internal companies and Global teams to take good care of the accounts and optimize the business opportunities with them.
Keep close relationships and ensure the best services to customers to maintain and strengthen the customer base.
Understand and actively take part in the execution of the company's strategies.
Coordinate with team members and related departments to solve issues/problems concerning customers if any.
Update and manage costing/quotation on the SAP system. Ensure overall profitability of his/her scope of business as well as the company's.
Take part in the development of new products to meet market demands if any.
Coordinate with QC, Production, and Design team for new products/project development if any.
Conduct the training for team members if any.
Responsible for managing sales activities and performance of a team assigned.
Handle sales reports and follow other jobs assigned by Sales Manager/BM.
II/ Qualification
Bachelor's Degree preferred, University degree in a related field.
At least 3 years of Sales Leadership in the garment packaging industry (Care labels, Packaging...)
IT knowledge: MS Office, SAP, ERP, Salesforce, Databases...
Leadership skills.
Smart working, outgoing, Sales passion, and Drive
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good communication in Korean, English, and presentation skills.
