Responsibilities

  • Developing and Implementing a Customer Acquisition Strategy for the Corporate Segment of the Travel and Business Management Solution Mytour for Business
  • Analyzing customer needs, and proposing optimal solutions for the product to ensure that the recommended solutions align with the business model and provide maximum benefits to customers.
  • Establishing and maintaining close relationships with customers, collaborating with the product team to deliver the most suitable experience to customers.
  • Monitoring market trends in the field of travel and business management, ensuring competitive positioning with rival companies.
  • Providing weekly progress reports and business outcomes

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in an equivalent position.
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creative mindset for generating customized solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, high sense of responsibility, flexibility, and readiness to work in a diverse and rapidly changing environment.

1. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Attractive income
  • Base salary of 12 15 million VND/month + Incentive
  • Total income: 12-20 million VND/month
  • Regular performance reviews and annual income assessments.
