Role Description
This is a remote role for a Sales Business Development. The Sales Business Development will be responsible for clinic visits and sales presentations, developing and sustaining good relationships with veterinary professionals, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role will require working in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email, social media).
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate prices and terms to close deals.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales pipelines.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Provide feedback to the product and service teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare sales reports and other required documentation.
- Maintain accurate sales records and data.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Required Qualifications:
- 3years+ in doing B2B sales experience
- Customer Service & Customer Support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
