Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a learning roadmap for field force aligned with market needs and company standards to enhance skills and achieve KPIs.
- Oversee onboarding for new operational managers, sales supervisors, and field marketing roles in collaboration with leadership teams.
- Create assessments for new roles and provide onboarding tools for transitioning trade marketing reps.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify training needs and lead the development of training programs covering financial acumen, analytics, consumer segmentation, and brand portfolio.
- Ensure training plans align with business objectives and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Monitor training progress and report outcomes to management.
Sales Effectiveness:
- Drive the application of enablers across operations and field marketing.
- Define KPIs and objectives to achieve company targets; review and align sales incentive schemes.
- Evaluate sales processes and implement best practices within the Sales Force.
- Customize tools for knowledge transfer and follow up on learning processes.
Assessment and Evaluation:
- Track KPI achievements regionally and assess training and coaching effectiveness.
- Conduct field visits to analyze market trends and sales performance, providing reports on development needs.
- Regularly update training content and methodologies based on market monitoring.
People Management:
- Recruit, motivate, and develop team members, ensuring effective task allocation.
- Implement succession planning and provide coaching to enhance performance and engagement.
- Support HR in Performance Management and Talent Development initiatives.
Planning and Administration:
- Establish management systems to ensure discipline among team members.
- Develop reporting and analysis systems to meet company goals.
- Maintain documentation and streamline workflows across departments.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial sales role, preferably in a multinational FMCG.
- Fluent in English with advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in developing and delivering training independently.
- Strong coaching, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to drive change and a willingness to learn.
