Role & Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
- Drive sales plans and initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve personal and team goals.
- Establish KPIs for the sales team and ensure consistent tracking and reporting of performance.
- Foster a collaborative and motivational team environment to ensure continuous growth and development.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
- Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Enhance client satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring high standards of service.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align strategies and support integrated sales efforts.
- Provide insights from sales activities to assist in product improvement and marketing initiatives.
5. Financial Management & Reporting
- Set and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize revenue.
- Track and report on sales metrics and financial performance, presenting regular updates to senior leadership.
- Identify and implement cost-effective measures to optimize the sales budget.
6. Market Expansion
- Identify, assess, and drive entry into new markets, leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence.
- Develop strategies for expanding market share in existing and emerging regions, with a focus on sustainable growth.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or technical related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales leadership with at least 5 - 10 years of experience in selling industrial processing equipment, preferably within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams, with a deep understanding of sales metrics and financial analysis.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
