- Market research and analysis (looking for opportunities)
- Identify and approach suppliers
- Negotiate and manage contracts
- Build relationships and develop partners
- Recruiting and attracting talent, monitoring, reporting, and developing the team (with the Human Resources Department)
- Reception and training (together with the Training Department)
- Set clear, achievable challenges for your team that align with organizational goals (sales goals) providing ongoing guidance customized to the company's specific needs
- Solve the challenges of low occupancy rates in the tourism industry and create strategic partnerships with suppliers that are a good fit for Elite Travelers.
- Attract direct work with partners who are accommodation units
- Organize 02 presentations with the hotel every day to achieve optimal results. Closing the cooperation contract.
- Develop and Maintain Supplier Relationships
- Conduct 1-2 interviews with new hires per week creating a High Performance Operations Team of 12 junior SACQ Managers within 90 days of promotion to new position.
