Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Responsible for helping to build business by identifying new business prospects and selling products to the customer.
- Work with the team for budgeting and work towards meeting the budgeted sales.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their requirements and issues to replace their supplier.
- Handle the entire cycle of identifying customers to get RFQ, Negotiate/close deals and handle accounts. Complaints or objections, if any.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams to improve continually.
- Deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to customers.
- Resolving internal as well as external customer complaint in a professional manner.
- Handling customer queries in terms of orders, deliveries, stock, payment follow-up and sales.
- Work on competition management and market scan / study.
- Participating in exhibitions, Trade shows, Responsible for conducting Tech shows for Customers etc.
- Coordinate customer visits, audits and compliances.
- Experience in products like electrical cables ,wire harness.
