Plan and execute sales of engineering plastic pellets including POM, ABS, PC, TPE, PETG, PBT, PA6, PA66, PMMA, PP, etc., to customers in the plastic manufacturing industry.
Identify potential customers that align with the company's product offerings and customer criteria.
Provide guidance to customers on the usage of the company's latest products.
Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill confirmed orders with customers: Contracts, invoices, delivery, payment, and after-sales service.
Maintain regular communication and exchange relevant information with customers.
Conduct direct visits to customers to foster strong relationships.
Address customer feedback and complaints promptly.
Prepare and submit regular work reports to management.
Undertake additional sales-related tasks as assigned.
---Qualifications---
Employees: University degree in business, chemistry, or materials; Minimum of 1 year experience in business and plastic resin production. Preference given to candidates with technical expertise in plastic resins.
Interns majoring in business, chemistry, or materials.
Proficiency in English or Chinese for effective communication (Proficiency in Chinese preferred).
